Lancashire Group ride: Meet at 10am on the public car park at Chipping (£1-70 charge), SD 622433. We ride over Mellor Knoll and Whin Fell for lunch in the Village Hall at Dunsop Bridge, and return via the Saddle End track (Seven Splashes). The route will be a little longer & harder than last year, with the addition of the bridleway over Whin Fell. This moderate/hard ride is around 26 miles and is roughly 65% off road, and back in Chipping for about 4-30pm. There will be sufficient time at the start for us to sample the delights of the Cobbled Corner Cafe if participants so wish!
